
We understand that one of the most difficult parts about
ordering a costume online is the worry about how it will fit.
Every costume company has different sizing standards and none
of them truly match up with the everyday clothing industries!
This is why we have developed our Costume Fit Guarantee, because
we want to make sure you are pleased with the fit of your
costume. Here is how it works...
First you must understand that no costume is going to fit
like a piece of tailored clothing, unless you take it to get
tailored. Costumes are made so that there are only a few sizes,
unlike a pair of jeans that may come in hundreds of different
waist and length combinations. So please do not expect your
costume to fit like a glove... because they simply are not
made that way. Expect that you may have to tack up your pant
legs a few inches, or that you may need a belt or string for
your waist. That being said you should still be able to fit
into your costume and it should still fit well, so please
read on.
Second of all we have provided specific sizing information
for each costume on the product detail page. Just look over
the sizing chart for that specific costume and compare it
with your measurements to ensure you are ordering the correct
size in the first place. We have gone through a lot of trouble
to make sure we have as accurate of sizing charts as possible
for each and every costume manufacturer, so please take a
few moments to make sure you have accurate measurements of
yourself before ordering your costume.
Next you will receive your costume in the mail. Please try
on the costume RIGHT AWAY! We are dealing with a mail order
process, and if you wait until the day before your party to
try on a costume we simply won't have enough time to help
you out. So please try on your costume as soon as it arrives.
Then if there are any problems we will have some time to fix
them.
If at this point the costume does not fit as you expected
from the measurement charts, please call or email us right
away. We will want to know what didn't fit right so that if
we have to adjust the charts or contact the manufacturers
we will know exactly where the problem is. If we have that
same costume in the next size up or down (depending on your
needs) then we will schedule to have your costume shipped
back to us (at our expense) and send the new costume out to
you right away. The returned costume must be in its original
packaging and with all tags and accessories included.
If we do not have the next size up or down in your original
costume then you will be given the option to choose another
costume as a replacement. If you are unable to find a suitable
replacement in the size you require then we will refund your
order.
We want to ensure you have a nice fitting costume so please
follow our sizing charts, try on your costume as soon as it
arrives, and if you have any questions or concerns before,
during, or after ordering please do not hesitate to contact
us.

Orders of in stock merchadise generally ship the same or
next business day. If an item is not available but will be
arriving within a week we will hold the order on backorder
until all items are available to ship. If you would prefer
to not backorder items please let us know in the additional
information section of the checkout process. If an item is
on backorder but is not expected to arrive within a week,
we will contact you to determine if you would like to wait
for the product.
We currently ship via the USPS. During checkout you will
have the choice of several shipping options from the USPS.
For our US domestic customers you may choose Parcel Post,
which generally takes around a week or more depending on your
location, Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days, or Express
Mail, which is overnight to most areas. For our international
customers you may choose USPS Priority Mail International,
which can take 6-10 days or longer depending on your exact
location and the customs process in your country. Please note
that your shipping charges do not include any taxes that may
be due in your country, such as the VAT, and you will be assessed
any taxes due upon delivery of your package.
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the estimated weight
of the package or packages that we will be sending. A small
handling fee of $1.00 has been added to all shipping estimates
to cover packaging and processing.
We will send email updates, if you request, on the status
of your order. If any tracking or delivery information is
available it will be viewable on your order status page.

We cannot accept returns on masks, wigs, opened makeup items,
or undergarments / lingerie due to hygenic reasons unless
they are defective, in which case we will replace them.
While we do our very best to inspect every item before it
has shipped, occasionally mistakes are made. If we have sent
you the incorrect item or a defective item by mistake, please
contact us and we will arrange to send you a replacement at
no cost to you.
If you have ordered a costume and it does not fit properly,
then please refer to our Costume Fit Guarantee and contact
us so we may send you a replacement costume.
All other items not specifically mentioned above may be returned
for an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. If you
would like to return an item please contact us first to receive
a return authorization number. You will be responsible for
the cost of returning the item. Any return that does not have
a return authorization number on the package will be refused.
All returned items must be in original packaging with all
tags and accessories. All returns during the month of October
will be charged a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted
from your refund. Returns during the rest of the year will
have the restocking fee waived if the item is returned neatly
packaged and ready for resale. If we have to re-package and
re-tag your items then the 15% restocking fee will be charged
and deducted from your refund.
